We build your website, we host it, and we keep it running. You focus on your business — running a website should never become another job on your desk. This page explains exactly how that works, what you own, and what we manage.
How it works
Fully managed, end to end
A single arrangement covering the build, the hosting, and the ongoing care of your website.
The domain belongs to you
Your domain name is registered in your business name — it is your asset, permanently. We handle the technical DNS side so it points to your website correctly, but ownership never sits with us.
You send changes, we make them
Need a new price, a new photo, updated opening hours, or a new section? Send it on WhatsApp or email. You never log in or touch code.
Security and uptime are managed
SSL certificates, security updates, monitoring, and off-site backups are handled continuously as part of your care plan.

Quoted separately
Larger work sits outside the monthly plan so you are never charged for something you did not approve.

The fine print
Clear terms, no surprises
Everything below applies to every Faith Web Designs client on a hosting and care plan.
Billing
Care plans are billed monthly in advance and are separate from the once-off website build fee. The build fee is payable before launch. Plans run month to month unless a fixed term is agreed in writing.
Update turnaround
Standard content updates are actioned within one to two business days. Urgent changes are accommodated where possible. Requests beyond your plan's monthly allowance are quoted before any work starts.
If you leave
You may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Your domain is yours and is released to any registrar you choose at no cost. We provide a final export of your website content. Hosting stops at the end of your last paid month.
Non-payment
If a care plan falls more than 30 days behind, hosting may be suspended until the account is settled. We always give written notice first, and your domain is never withheld.
